Dr. Baird graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Washington State University. He completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree at City University and his Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University.

With over 25 years of business performance research and consulting experience, Dr. Baird has the background to work in business analysis and the scientific method as well as the soft science skills required to work with human and social systems.
